Damien has decades of broad corporate and commercial experience, providing professional services to ASX and AIM listed companies predominately in the mining and energy sector.
Board Positions
Damien is also a public company director, having held board positions with various companies including mining, exploration and aquaculture. He is currently Chairman of Golden State Mining Ltd, a gold, lithium and base metals exploration company with projects in diverse areas of Western Australia including in the western Pilbara (close to the world-class Hemi gold discovery).
Qualifications
Damien has an MBA, Bachelor of Commerce, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, full CPA qualifications and is a former officer in the armed services, having graduated from the prestigious Royal Military College, Duntroon.
Damien is also supported by a team of capable staff and consultants.
